About Peacock Hill Labs
The learning arm of Peacock Hill Consulting — built to help change leaders apply the AIM methodology to real initiatives, with real sponsors, before go-live.
Why the Labs Exist
AIM has more than 40 years of implementation research behind it. The Labs were built so practitioners can move from understanding the methodology to applying it — on a live initiative, with structured guidance from instructors who use AIM in their own engagements.
Our Learning Philosophy
Four principles shape every cohort, every exercise, and every assessment.
Built on observable behaviors
We focus on what sponsors and targets do day to day, so participants learn to coach behaviors they can actually see and measure.
Focused on implementation
We spend our time on the part where people change how they work — the diagnostics, plans, and conversations that make adoption stick.
Reinforcement as a core lever
Reinforcement is treated as a design choice up front, woven into every exercise rather than added at the end.
Earned through application
Certification is awarded for applying AIM to a real initiative and producing usable work product alongside peers and faculty.
What You Do in a Cohort
Cohorts are working sessions. You bring an initiative. You leave with a plan you can use.
Apply AIM to a live initiative
You pick a real project — ERP rollout, M&A integration, restructure, digital adoption — and use it as the case for every exercise.
Diagnose adoption risk with peers and faculty
Run BCAs, sponsor maps, and reinforcement plans against your initiative. Get input from other change leaders in the room.
Leave with sponsor-ready work product
Walk out with diagnostics, sponsor briefings, and reinforcement plans you can hand to a sponsor the following week.
Meet Your Faculty
Each instructor is a practicing AIM consultant who uses the methodology on live engagements before bringing it into the cohort.

If you’re accountable for adoption outcomes, the Labs are designed with you in mind.
Change leaders
You own adoption outcomes for a portfolio or program and want a methodology that holds up under sponsor scrutiny.
Executive sponsors
You’re the named sponsor on a high-stakes initiative and want diagnostic vocabulary to lead it well.
PMO and program leads
You run the delivery engine and want adoption risk surfaced early enough to act on.
Internal change teams
You’re building or scaling an internal CM capability and want a research-backed methodology your team can standardize on.
Ready to Apply It to Your Initiative?
Cohorts run quarterly. Seats are limited so faculty can work closely with every participant.
