About the Instructor

Ella Epshteyn is a certified Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) Practitioner. She also brings experience in instructional design, learning technology strategy, and large-scale program development, which helps her connect change concepts to real-world application.

Ella is looking forward to learning together and exploring how we can approach change in ways that are productive, proactive, and human.

About the Instructor

Dr. Tes Cotter Zakrzewski is a passionate practitioner, educator and scholar dedicated to fostering inclusive environments that inspire professionals to systemically collaborate to effect positive changes. With over 37 years of experience in global financial services and higher education, she has led functions focused on teaching, learning, and organizational excellence.

Tes holds an Ed.D in Adult Education and Leadership from Teachers College Columbia University, a MS in Training and Development from Lesley University, and a BS in Business from U Mass Lowell.
