With deep expertise in organizational change, knowledge management, and AI-powered learning, Ann helps practitioners turn complex frameworks into tools they actually use. 

I am a certified Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) Practitioner. I also bring experience in instructional design, learning technology strategy, and large-scale program development, which helps me connect change concepts to real-world application.
